What to Eat and Drink in Summer

Summer

SUMMER:

Summer the hottest one season in all four seasons. In Summer the days are the longer and the nights were shorter. Generally summer start in June 1 to August 31 but the countries like Pakistan, China, Srilanka, Bangladesh and India summer season is almost started and it is quiet hot out there too. As live in Pakistan i know that the summer season is always been tough for us, the people were dying because of the heat stroke and to prevent from the heat stroke people must drink more and more water and try to stay at home or office as much as possible during the day.
So here are some things regarding eating in summer and drinking in summer.

What Food To Eat In Summer?

  1. MANGO, yup the king of all fruits mango we must eat mango because one cup of diced mango carries 100 calories, 1 gram protein, 0.5 grams fat, 25 grams of carbohydrate (23 grams of sugar and 3 grams of fiber), 100% of the daily use for vitamin C, 35% for vitamin A, 20% of fol ate, 10% of vitamin B-6 and 8% of vitamin K and potassium.
  2. WATERMELON, watermelon is very useful for us to eat in summer because it contains water almost about (92%) and sugar (6%) it is useful for controlling blood pressure and reduce muscle soreness.
  3. STRAWBERRY, useful food to eat in summer is strawberry because it contains excellent source of antioxidant-promoting vitamin C and manganese. These are a great source of copper, potassium, biotin, phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin B6, and omega-3 fatty acids. They are also a very great source of dietary fiber, iodine, and folate. Plus.
  4. CORN, corn is also a great food to eat in summer, one medium ear contains about 2.8 grams of fiber and nearly 3.5 grams of protein.
  5. TART CHERRIES, tart cherries can also be eaten in summer as they are a good food regarding summer.
  6. RASPBERRIES, these are great source of fiber which helps lower cholesterol a cup of raspberries has one gram of fiber which is useful to gain weight and loss weight also.
  7. BLUEBERRIES, we can eat them too.
  8. ORANGES, these are the great source of vitamin c, fiber, potassium and choline which are all good for your heart.
  9. GRAPE FRUIT, these are also a great food tom eat in summer they are sweet in taste and juicy too.
  10. CUCUMBER, they are a excellent source of vitamin K and molybdenum. They are also a very nice source of the pantothenic acid. They are also a good source of copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, phosphorus, magnesium, biotin, and vitamin B1.
  11. ICE CREAMS, ice creams are also a good food for summer.

What to Drink in Summer?

  1. SUGARCANE JUICE, sugarcane juice is a great source of glucose and a great drink to drink in summer.
  2. WATERMELON JUICE.
  3. MANGO JUICE.
  4. ORANGE JUICE,
  5. BANANA SHAKE.
  6. LEMON JUICE.
  7. STRAWBERRY JUICE.
  8. CUCUMBER LEMONADE.
  9. WATERMELON AND LEMONADE.
  10. VANILLA MILK SHAKE.
  11. CHOCOLATE SHAKE.
  12. COCONUT WATER.
  13. CHERRY LIMEADE.
  14. PINA COLADA.
  15. SOFT DRINKS.
  16. COMPANIES JUICES.
  17. CAPPUCCINO, (Combination of coffee, chocolate ice cream, chocolate syrup and cream.)
  18. GRAPE FRUIT JUICE.
  19. ICED - TEA.
  20. ICED - COFFEE.
  21. LASSI.
  22. PEACH JUICE.
  23. MELON MILK SHAKE.
  24. RASPBERRIES JUICE.
  25. CHERRY JUICE.
