How to reduce stress:

STRESS is the word which means that a person is in emotional tension or [uncountable, countable] pressure or worry caused by the problems in somebody’s life. Stress is happened because of these cause: smoking, consuming too much, binging on junk or consolation meals, Zoning out for hours in front of the t.v or computer, withdrawing from buddies, own family, and sports, the usage of pills or capsules to loosen up, snoozing an excessive amount of, Procrastinating. Filling up every minute of the day to avoid dealing with troubles. Doing away with your pressure on others (lashing out, indignant outbursts, physical violence)We all know that ups and down comes in our life which causes us stress we need to be cool and calm during stress, its time to say stress good bye
"Dear stress, lets break up." ;)
stress is the part of our life guys don't be afraid of stress we can overcome from stress by following these simple steps.
"Happiness is a choice. You can choose to be happy. There's going to be stress in life, but it's your choice whether you let it affect you or not."
 "Its not stress that kills us, it is our reaction to it."

STEPS:

1. Pass for a stroll
2. Spend time in nature
3. Name a great pal
4. Play a competitive sport of tennis or racquetball
5. Write in your journal
6. Take an extended bathtub
7. light scented candles
8. Delight in a heat cup of coffee or tea
9. Play with a pet
10. Work in your lawn
11. Get a rub down
12. Curl up with an excellent book
13. listen to song
14. Watch a comedy
15. Do not be alone call a friend who always help you out from troubles or find a special person who cares about you
