Our eyes got weak because we stay in a global that calls for your eyes to routinely stare at small kind and pictures on cell phones, PC monitors, and televisions, it is essential that you take steps to improve your eyesight, because eyesight is the most essential thing which we need in our daily life. So have a look on these 3 simple steps, which are given below:


3 Steps to Improve your Eyesight:

  1. Improving Eyesight Naturally: Eyes are the part of the body they need to be get feed to work properly otherwise they can be weak. They need nutrition like other organs of the body, a diet greater in fruits and vegetables and low in sugar should be taken, eat those fruits and veggies which contains vitamin A,C, an E with minerals that are copper and zinc, eat almonds, eggs, salmon, turkey, crab, oranges, carrot, strawberries, oysters, sweet potatoes, pumpkins, blueberries, walnuts, flaxseeds, grapes, garlic, onion caper protects your eye lens from forming cataracts. Be adequate drink 10 to 12 glasses in a drink to get healthy eyesight. 
  2. Through Workout of your Eyesight: Start doing workout of your eyes on daily basis which will help you in getting healthy eyes and optimal vision. Wash your hands before doing the exercise and do this before going to bed, when you wake up or when your eyes is in fatigued, make sure your mind is relax too. EXERCISE NO 1: Start simple. Roll your eyes in a circular movement clockwise ten times and then reverse it counterclockwise for every other ten rolls. EXERCISE NO 2: Place your thumb (or a pen) six inches faraway from your nose and stare at it for five seconds. Then, 5 seconds on an item right away at the back of your thumb. attempt to do this ten instances for approximately a complete of  minutes. that is something else you could do at your table quick at work. EXERCISE NO 3: Rub your hands together for heat and then putting them against your eyes for 5 to 10 seconds. Repeat this system 3 instances to keep your eyes warm. NOTE: (Relax your eyes take a healthy night sleep of 7 to 8 hours also take breaks throughout the day to relax your eyes.
  3. Test your Eyes: Take an appointment with the eye specialist have an eye sight test and examine if your eyes needs the lenses or not if yes do wear correct and supportive lenses if not then no need to wear lenses. (Precautions) When you are watching t.v or using laptop adjust the brightness to protect your eyes from harmful rays. Try to use less your laptop, t.v, play station and your mobile phone.
