How to sharpen mind/brain:

MIND/BRAIN a state that is responsible for some thoughts and feelings. We need to use our brain/mind in our daily life's without mind we can't do anything. We use our mind/brain in studies, office work, domestic work, in big experiments. Human being can not survive a day without mind simple. So here are some steps by following them you will be able to sharp your mind.

STEPS:

1. Eat well. Eat 5 times a day i.e 1. Lunch, 2. Small snacks, 3. Breakfast, 4. Small snacks and
then dinner.
2. Be hydrated,  Drink more water about 8-9 glasses a day.
3. Eat 3 Almonds a day but after dipping in water for sometime, almond is useful to sharpen mind also eat carrot, fish, walnut, beets, berries, oranges, banana and spinach, drink coffee and green tea too.
4. Get enough sleep, sleep about 7-8 hours. If not you won't be able to sharpen your mind 7,8 hours is necessary  because your mind needs rest too.
5. Play brain games on Internet to sharpen your mind.
6. Play chess, draft, ludo, cards, UNO, poker and other brain games.
7. Train your brain by yourself by learning general knowledge questions and IQ question and then test yourself after learning them.
8. Avoid smoking, drinking and drugs, these things gently make your mind weak because of the fact that they consists nicotine, alcohol.
9. Appreciate yourself, appreciate yourself that you are going at a good pace and your mind is sharp.
10. Read novels or watch movies related to crime investigation, detectives, suspense and mystery.
