people do a job to earn a living, were as some do for luxuries and entertainments of life. In both the cases behaving well at work place is essential. At your job place the main thing is to develop trust and communication. Your behavior with your mates shows how
much interested you are in your job. Second thing on every workplace is POLITICS. Politics means the senior ones are always going to push you back but you have to keep a key tip in your mind. DEVELOP TRUST even if it takes a lot hard work to do for your seniors this is called a win- win position. Where you, your seniors and your organization all three of them gain a plus point. In the beginning you are going to struggle a lot but believe me after a while you are going to win all their hearts and attention towards your work.

From my personal experience I am a teenager I started a job for the first time. I was confused didn’t know how to work or what do every one pushed me back tried to fail me down, But the main thing is
TO GET UP DUST YOURSELF AND START RUNNING AGAIN TOWARDS THE TOWER OF SUCCESS.

Steps to follow at your workplace to work well: 

Put Your Phone Away

While working don’t use your cell phone this gives a bad impact it means you are not focused on your job, Just attend important calls and messages or where as if you have a wife/husband don’t ignore her/him :P

Don’t Interrupt 

Sometimes we just can’t wait to get our brilliant ideas out. Stop. Relax. People aren’t impressed when you talk, they’re impressed when you listen. If you want people to love you, get them talking about themselves, and then don’t do anything to get  in their way. 

Hang out

Your co-workers don’t have to be your best friends or family, but there is something to be said for spending casual time with co-workers once in a while. You’ll learn things about them you would never learn at work, and you’ll create positive bonds that can aid in your work relationships.

Some groups end up with one outspoken leader who interrupts people and tries to force their own ideas on them. That can be hard to deal with. It does become necessary to pick someone to coordinate, if not to lead; group projects go very slowly if everyone tries to do everything.
